How to cook using a Himalayan salt griddle
The keys to cooking with the salt griddle: Heat the block of salt either directly over the flame or in the oven, but always gradually, until it reaches a temperature of approx. 200 Celsius in 15 minutes.
How to prove that this ready: add drops of water to check how hot it is.
Make sure that the salt griddle is hot enough before cooking on it, since if this is not the case, the food may end up too salty than necessary.
After use, let it cool completely before cleaning. If there are adhering remains, you can use a spatula to remove them and wipe them with a damp cloth.
